Grief Support
There is no right or wrong way to grieve.
Grief can be overwhelming, and it doesn't follow a prescribed timeline. Though there may be common themes around grief, each person's experience is unique.

Cowichan Hospice offers support and resources to those grieving a loss.
Services are free and confidential and available to any adult in the Cowichan region. Each individual's needs and choices are treated with respect and sensitivity.
Our staff and highly-trained volunteers provide accessible, quality, whole-person emotional support, as well as practical information and resources.
